CWVFF 2016 - Ticket Sale

2016 Christian Worldview Film Festival tickets are now available for $80 off the regular price for the first 100 tickets! This offer ENDS on Sunday, AUGUST 9TH or when 100 tickets are sold.

We will be lengthening the Filmmakers Guild and making the entire event 6 days long instead of 5!

Now you will have more time to network with fellow filmmakers and glean from some of your favorite CWVFF speakers including:

Rich Christiano, Nathan Ashton, Stacie Graber, George Escobar, Brett Varvel, John-Clay Burnett, Rebekah Cook, Jurgen Beck, Ken Carpenter, John Fornof, Timothy Jones, Rich Swingle, Mimi Sagadin and more!

Here is how you can help:

In order to lock in these dates we need to put down a deposit on the Conference Center by August 10th.  The only way we can do that is if we can pre-sell enough Filmmakers Guild tickets at a reduced rate by this Sunday!

The Filmmakers Guild passes are $199 for all six days, but if you purchase them now you get all 6 days for just $119! That's $80 off!  That's better than any offer we were able to do last year, but this is only going to be available to the first 100 registrations.

In addition to the reduced ticket price you will also get a free copy of George Escobar's 500 page eBook "Filmmaking for Christians" and you will be entered into a drawing for a number of great prizes!

Here is what is included for $119.00

  • 2016 Film Festival & Filmmakers Guild Ticket ($80 off regular price!)
  • George Escobar's 500 page eBook "Filmmaking for Christians"
  • PLUS each registration will go into a drawing for a number of  giveaways including:
  • Grand Prize: George Escobar's 7 Course Screen Writing Webinar (A $200 Value!) - 1 available
  • A copy of the our documentary "Captivated" - 10 copies available
  • A copy of my new book "Media Choices: Convictions or Compromise?" - 10 copies available
  • A copy of the DVD "HERO" - 10 copies available
  • A copy of the DVD "Come What May" - 10 copies available
  • and more...

Buy your 2016 tickets here.

If you are not able to attend in 2016 or if you can't purchase a ticket at this time, but would like to help, you can make a donation toward this endeavor.  Donations of any size are a big help and are greatly appreciated!

The War Within

This film won "Best Feature Film" "Best Movie Trailer" "Best Gospel Presentation" and "Audience Choice" at the 2014 Christian Worldview Film Festival...and I highly recommend it!!

THE WAR WITHIN is a unique fantasy that takes viewers to a world that only God can see; the world of the inner man. Michael Sinclair (Brett Varvel) is a syndicated cartoonist whose dream of a perfect life is upended when tragic events transform his dream into a nightmare. The result is a war that wages within his soul which is personified by six members; Mind, Memory, Emotion, Will, Conscience, and Heart. The ensuing battle for control adversely effects his relationship with his wife Amy (Rebecca Reid) and causes Michael to doubt his faith in God. But in the midst of this spiritual test, Michael discovers that victory is found in surrender. As viewers follow the quest for answers inside of Michael, they may discover their own war within.

The Filmmakers Guild will have several keynote speakers including George Escobar, John Fornoff, Rich Christiano, and over 20 unique workshops that will reach out to Christian filmmakers with a variety of interests and skill levels.

The Christian Worldview Film Festival is looking for submissions from a wide variety of genres and categories including: Narrative Feature Films, Documentary Films, Narrative Short Films, Young Filmmakers Short Films, Promotional Media, Commercials, Music Videos, Missions Awareness, and Sanctity of Life Films. These should be produced with a distinctively Christian worldview. This does not mean that every film is expected to present a gospel message but that each subject, and the way it is handled, should manifest the filmmakers understanding of Biblical principles. Productions should reflect a solid foundation for the following: subject matter, good discernment and discretion in presentation, excellence in production, great storytelling, redemptive and edifying themes, building good character, persuasive and insightful documentary or promotional. This festival will be a family friendly event so we will be prioritizing films that are appropriate for all ages. We will thoughtfully consider films that are not appropriate for younger viewers but selections in this category will be limited. Read the submission guidelines here. Film submission deadline is Jan. 3, 2014

We are also holding a unique Short Film Music Scoring Competition
for composers. Find out more here.
